The Heart of England has a well-established ICT cluster with numerous organisations exploiting the opportunity to collaborate with local and international organisations. Particularly strongly represented are the fields of photonics and systems integration, where companies like Before U Dig, AT&T and Webropol have established and are growing in the West Midlands. Meanwhile there’s a well-developed educational base in the region producing 4,850 skilled ICT graduates every year.
